  • Consultations are $50

  • About 15 minutes

  • Bring inspiration photos for the look you want. The more photos, the better, so we can dissect each one and pinpoint what you like about each look. We also recommend bringing photos of things you don't like, so that we are very clear about the goal. 

  • We do our best to accommodate you the same day if needed. However, with more time given, we have a broader opportunity to make sure you are with the best person suited for you.

  • During a consultation, we’ll discuss everything from your lifestyle, hair type, face shape, and color tones to your hair challenges and, ultimately, our goal.

  • When selecting an operator who best fits your needs, we consider both your hair and your personality.

    Both are important to ensuring that we have the best team suited for you. We are also a specialized salon, so if you are looking to do both color and cut, Scott will set you up with both a color specialist and a cutting specialist. 

  • Consultations can be scheduled Tuesday through Friday. We recommend calling at least a week ahead of time to ensure the time slot you are looking for.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation. If a 24hr notice is not provided, then you forfeit your 50% deposit. 

  • We prefer in-person consultations to properly assess the client's hair. When you’re on video, we cannot see the details in your hair or feel for texture or potential damage.

    However, under certain circumstances where an in-person consultation is not possible, yes, we can accommodate a virtual session. 

  • Absolutely! You are welcome to bring a friend or family member for support!
